Deleting a Hyperlink

A hyperlink inserted into the document can be removed at any time. The deletion operation affects only the associated address: the hyperlink text remains in the document but will no longer be active.

Deleting a single hyperlink

To delete a hyperlink:

1. Place the text cursor on any part of the hyperlink to be deleted.

2. Use the command Insert/Hyperlinks/Delete Hyperlink.

The hyperlink will be removed, and the text will return to normal document text.

Deleting multiple hyperlinks simultaneously

It is possible to delete multiple hyperlinks in a single operation:

1. Select in the document the portion of text containing one or more hyperlinks.

2. Use the command Insert/Hyperlinks/Delete Hyperlink.

All hyperlinks in the selection will be removed, leaving the text unchanged.
