Convert Addresses to Hyperlinks

A plain text line containing an address can be converted into an active hyperlink. This operation makes addresses clickable, allowing immediate access to the referenced resource.

Conversion of a single address

To convert an address into a hyperlink:

1. Place the text cursor on the line containing the address to be converted.

2. Use the command Insert/Hyperlinks/Convert to Hyperlink.

The text will remain unchanged, but it will be transformed into an active hyperlink with the same address.

Conversion of multiple addresses simultaneously

It is possible to convert multiple lines in a single operation:

1. Select in the document the portion of text that contains one or more plain text addresses.

2. Use the command Insert/Hyperlinks/Convert to Hyperlink.

All the addresses present in the selection will be converted into active hyperlinks.
