Searching for information among the blog articles

The Online Search function is a tool for easily searching within the contents of the Blog. In addition to manuals, this tool provides access to a rich variety of information presented in a more discursive manner, thus enriching the experience of searching for information on using Biblos.

The Online Search window is extremely simple and has the following features:

- Search: Field where you enter the text to search for. After entering the text, pressing Enter initiates the search (equivalent to clicking the Find button).

- Find: Button to start the search for the entered text. It can be clicked indirectly by pressing the Enter key when in the Search field.

- List of results: A three-column list showing the search results. Pressing Enter or double-clicking an item opens the page containing the article in the browser. The browser that opens is the default one used for web browsing. To simplify reading the article, if the browser allows it, you can activate the reading mode by clicking a specific button or pressing the F9 key. To return to Online Search, simply close the browser window.

- Summary: Selecting an article in the list of results displays a summary of its contents in this pane. At the end of the text, the web page address containing the article is provided. The address can be clicked or Enter can be pressed on it to open the page containing the article (as described in the previous point).

To close the Online Search window, you can click the close icon or press the Esc key. This tool relies on the Blog's search service and is accessible only with an active internet connection.
