Registration of Biblos

Registration allows correct user identification, administrative management of the software, and administration of professional subscriptions.

The requested data are minimal and are used exclusively for statistical, administrative, and service management purposes.

To ensure system reliability, it is essential to enter real, complete, and verifiable data.

Required Data

First and last name, organization, or company

This field must contain the user’s real first and last name, or the full name of the organization or company using Biblos.

The following are not permitted: abbreviations, initials, nicknames, invented or incomplete names, or non-verifiable denominations.

For organizations and companies, the use of the full official name is recommended.

Registrations with unclear or clearly false names may result in suspension or blocking of the service.

Email address

Enter a real and functioning email address, either personal or belonging to the organization.

A message will be sent to the specified address to validate the registration, which requires confirmation via the single link contained in the message.

The email address is the primary reference for user identification and subscription management.

The same email address must be used on all installations belonging to the same person or organization.

Incorrect, fictitious, or clearly inconsistent addresses may prevent access to the service.

The email address is not used to send advertising messages. It is used exclusively for registration validation and administrative communications, unless the user voluntarily subscribes to the newsletter.

Country

Select the correct country. This information is used exclusively for general statistics on the distribution of Biblos.

Newsletter subscription (Italian users only)

Subscription to the newsletter is optional. The newsletter is in Italian and is sent on a regular basis.

If the same email address is used on multiple installations and you wish to receive the newsletter, the option must be enabled for each registration.

You can unsubscribe at any time by returning to the registration window and updating your data.

The registration window is automatically displayed when Biblos is not registered.

If, after registration, the window appears again, it means that one or more fields are incomplete or contain formal errors. In this case, do not confirm the registration again without first carefully checking and correcting the entered data.

Registrations with false, incomplete, or inconsistent data may be removed. Repeated attempts to register with untruthful information may result in permanent blocking of the registration and the service.

If you do not intend to provide real data, it is preferable not to proceed with the registration.
