Biblos 5.09

Update of 08/21/2017

- New braille print model. It's called Graphic Printer and introduces a new printing mode that involves all of Biblos. Instead of making a braille-cell print, this driver and the changes I made to Biblos allow you to draw points directly in the graphics area of the printers that allow it. If you want you can print in Braille on a normal ink printer (of course there will be nothing in relief).
