Biblos 5.75

Update of 14/06/2024 - New search wildcards for finding all consonants with diacritics, all apostrophes, all hyphens, and others. The wildcards can be used through the context menu of the search field. - The new wildcards can also be used with the conditional expression language for Braille and keyboard input. The manual sections have been updated with the new wildcards. - For those using Biblos in English, a Kannada keyboard map is now available, curated by Srinivasamurty BG. A keyboard map for the Esperanto language is also available for everyone. I have created podcasts for these keyboards, available on both the website and the YouTube channel (in italian). - Almost complete update of the French interface, curated by Elio Medici. - Bug fixes.
